Satisfaction

Summary:
All returned products must be unaltered and in a new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receipt.
Please visually inspect all truck freight items with the driver present.
All returns require authorization regardless of the reason. Please email or call our customer service dept.

Return Policy
Before any product is returned for refund or credit, please contact our customer service department for authorization to return the item. Returns will only be accepted for up to 30 days after the original date of shipment. All returns must be in new/unused/resalable condition and in the original packaging with a copy of invoice for refund/exchange. Returns are typically assessed a restocking fee of 30% of the product cost. Customers are responsible for all freight on product returns.

Damage Claims
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the products. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS or the truck freight company so that the claim process can be initiated to ensure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify our customer service for instructions for returning damaged goods.

Warranty
All of our products are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects at time of purchase. If any defects in a product are discovered please notify our customer service department within 7 days.
