How long does shipping take?
Typically your order is shipped within a few days of placement. Some products may receive a high order volume which will delay shipment (don't worry, we are making more product in our factory and fast!). If you are concerned that you haven't received a shipment notice in a few working days of your order placement, you can email us at info@protechcomposites.com to check on the status.

I selected FedEx Ground or USPS delivery. How long will that take once it is shipped?
Typically 2-5 days depending on where you are in the US. We are located in Washington state, so FedEx ground shipments to Georgia, for example, take about 5 days. USPS Priority are 2-3 days anywhere in the US. For faster delivery, use our FedEx next day or two day air options.

I selected FedEx Next Day Air....Will I get my package tomorrow?
If you ordered Monday through Thursday, your order is typically mailed the following business day, meaning you will get it 2 working days from your order date. Orders place on Friday through Sunday are usually filled on Monday (major holidays excluded). Sometimes early morning orders can be filled the same day. If you are concerned about a rush shipment, feel free to call or email us to check on the expected shipping date.
