Glossy Finish Carbon Fiber Sheets

We manufacture Premium Quality, High Gloss finish Carbon Fiber Laminates. Each Carbon Fiber Sheet comes with a smooth, glossy, mirror like finish on one side, and is pre-textured on the back. Every Carbon Fiber Sheet is guaranteed to shine like glass! Our Carbon Sheets are made with a proprietary blend of high strength, UV resistant, EPOXY resins (not low grade polyesters). Epoxy is stronger, more durable, longer lasting, and our formula is crystal clear. 
We also offer 3M high performance, high temperature adhesive backing as an option for every carbon sheet size. Glossy carbon fiber veneer, sheets, and panels come in thicknesses up to 1.3mm (.052”) thick, and as large as 50”x100”.

Textured Carbon Fiber Plate

Thicker carbon fiber plates are designed for high strength, structural applications. These carbon fiber panels have a textured surface on BOTH sides for easy bonding with no additional surface preparation. Carbon fiber plate is almost 1/2 the weight of aluminum and 1/5 the weight of steel, yet stronger than both!! Made with aerospace grade fabrics and structural epoxy resins, these panels will give you the performance edge you are need with the quality you expect. Our perfectly flat carbon plates will give you what you are looking for in your next weight critical project!

High Temp Carbon Fiber Panels

Protech’s High Temperature Carbon Fiber Panels can with stand heat as high as 400 degrees F!!   These lightweight carbon panels are produced using a specially formulated high temperature, high strength, epoxy resin. Our proprietary process creates a very high fiber to resin ratio, along with little to no voids, yielding a superior strength panel. Combine with our 3M high temperature adhesive film, and the possibilities are endless! Common uses include dressings on engines, mufflers, composite tooling and mold supports, high temp ionization processes, optical systems, and many other high temp, low thermal expansion applications.

Carbon Fiber Sandwich Panels

Glossy, Mirror Finish Honeycomb Sandwich Panels!  These sandwich panels are made with our High Gloss Carbon Fiber Face Sheets on BOTH sides, using Aerospace grade Nomex Honeycomb core, and manufactured to strict standards. Super strong, ultra lightweight panels, perfectly flat, with a finish like no other. Great for your weight critical AND cosmetic critical applications. Made with 3.1 pound structural Nomex (aramid fiber) honeycomb core.  Available with 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.3mm high gloss carbon fiber face sheets, and several finished thicknesses.
